Trying to get your building permit? New home construction in city of Port Coquitlam requires up to three Step Code energy reports, the first of which is the pre-construction compliance report and is required for your permit application.
Permit applications in PoCo are currently required to meet Step 3 of the BC Energy Step Code. For ideas on how to meet Step 3, see our Step 3 Requirements page.
