Trying to get your building permit? New construction in Whistler requires up to three Step Code energy reports, the first of which is the pre-construction compliance report and is required for your permit application.

The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) has brought back the Residential Energy Assessment Rebate Program to help homeowners reduce their monthly utility costs.

Whistler is offering homeowners a $250 rebate towards an Energuide home energy evaluation, also known as an energy audit, helping homeowners access thousands of dollars in BC & Federal rebates—and ongoing reductions in monthly bills.

Existing Homes:

Initial Home Energy Assessment: $250
Follow-Up Post-Retrofit Energy Assessment: $125

New Homes:
